| Introduction | ||
The Fixed Arch system is a drive through wash designed to provide users with an extremely fast method of keeping road vehicles clean and is favoured over a Brush Wash machine where irregular shaped vehicles, such as Tankers or Refuse vehicles are to be cleaned. . Many equipment layouts are possible, to meet customer requirements and the system is manufactured and installed to suit the types of vehicles operated and the size of fleet. Brendeck vehicle cleaning arches are in use with many of the leading fleet operators, where their simplicity of design and subsequent reliability have been unequalled by any other system . |

| How it Works | ||
The Fixed Arch system consists of 2 arches of supported pipework each fitted with variable angle spray jets. One applies the detergent, whilst the other provides a powerful high pressure water rinse. Sensors are set in the ground to detect the presence of a vehicle, and these control the operation of the multi stage pumps and traffic lights, which are incorporated in each arch. There is also a ‘HOLD' facility where the cycle can be paused before the rinse cycle to allow for any manual cleaning in un-accessible places. |
